Purchasing

Before placing your order, please read the product description carefully - We want you to be totally happy with whatever you purchase, and go to great lengths to provide accurate descriptions and pictures. Please keep in mind that some of our items are luxury vintage items, or are gently used. However, if you have any questions about the condition or measurements of an item that weren't mentioned in the listing, please feel free to message us prior to purchase and we will be happy to help!

Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 5-9 business days (Monday through Friday). As a rule we cannot cancel shipped orders, but if you have made a mistake with your order, feel free to email us immediately after placing your order and we will help accommodate you as best as we can.

Ground: $8 flat rate + $5 USPS Insurance (within the lower 48 U.S. states)

Returns

All items are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges, or cancellations. We spend a great deal of time photographing the pieces to look as they truly are in real life, on top of providing detailed information for our customers.


Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
In an extreme case (to be determined by the seller) where an exception is made to this policy, the customer will receive a refund, and is responsible for return shipping. If an item is returned, it must be shipped back to us within 14 business days upon receiving your order. Anything returned after 14 business days will be denied. If the item is not in the same condition as when it was shipped, the refund will be denied.

If your package gets returned to us by the post office:

We are a small business and if for any reason your package gets returned to us by the post office, you will be responsible for payment of re-shipment. Should this happen, we will alert you of your returned package and require re-payment for a new shipping label. Once we receive payment, we will promptly reship your package.
